Role Description

Financial Analysis & Modelling


• Develop and manage financial analysis and models.


• Develop trends and projections as may be required.


• Undertake research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance.

Customer Management


• Respond to customer bids, quotes, invoices


• Provide support to the Commercial Team in their response to customers' requirements.

Income Reconciliation


• Monthly reconciliation of expected to actual income received across all transactional products

in the group and identification of any discrepancies arising.


• Logging differences arising from income reconciliation with the defaulting party (bank or

payment switch) and follow up for a prompt resolve.


• Responsible for ensuring financial reports available in products/services portals are adequate.


• Responsible for developing and maintaining an up-to-date income reconciliation process flow

documentation for all company products in the approved company repository - Confluence.

Revenue & Receivables Management


• Book revenue across the group.


• Bring in all outstanding receivables from customers.

Other Responsibilities


• VAT Computation for Seamfix & iTranscript Ltd.


• Participate in the revenue month end process.


• Carry out quarterly audit on our statutory remittances to avoid fines and penalties.



Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 but not more than 5 years' experience
  • BSC in Accounting with a minimum of 2.1 GPA
  • ICAN or ACCA Certified Accountant.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with data analytics tools
  • Sound knowledge of International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS) and its application.
  • Solid understanding of risk and control concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Inquisitiveness.
  • Good analytical skill.
