We are looking for a
skilled and analytical FP&A Specialist
to lead
budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
across our business units, providing actionable financial insights that drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting


• Develop and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.


• Provide accurate and timely financial projections, identifying risks and opportunities.


• Collaborate with divisional heads to align financial plans with strategic objectives.

Financial Analysis & Reporting


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis.


• Track and evaluate performance against budgets and KPIs.


• Present financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and leadership team.

Strategic Support & Decision Making


• Build dynamic financial models to support pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions.


• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis for projects and market risks.


• Support resource allocation and capital expenditure evaluations.

Cross-Divisional Support


• Provide FP&A support to various business units to ensure consistent reporting and analysis.


• Contribute to group-wide financial planning and process improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement & Systems


• Optimize dashboards and financial tools (ERP, BI tools, Power BI, Excel).


• Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.


• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics
, or related field (Master's/MBA is an advantage).


•
ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or CFA
certification required.


• 7
–10 years
of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, or corporate finance.


• Advanced
Excel
skills and strong knowledge of
financial modeling and forecasting
.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.


• Experience with
ERP or BI systems
is an advantage.


• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
