About the Role:

Tech4mation Limited is seeking energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Field Sales Agents to drive customer acquisition, promote company products/services, and close sales across designated territories. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to engage customers physically in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and engage potential customers in assigned locations
  • Conduct field marketing activities and product demonstrations
  • Convert leads to paying customers and meet weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities and customer interactions
  • Provide daily updates and submit required sales reports
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous field sales/marketing experience is an added advantage
  • Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in approaching people and pitching products
  • High energy, resilience, and ability to work independently
  • Must be target-driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to work outdoors and in fast-paced environments
