About Sabistores

Sabistores is an online marketplace that supports vendors by giving them a digital storefront, sales tools, marketing support, and a platform to grow their business. Vendors can register, create their online store, and choose from different subscription plans designed to increase visibility and sales. We are expanding our vendor network and seeking dedicated Vendor Field Agents to help onboard new businesses across Lagos.

Job Summary

The Vendor Field Agent will be responsible for promoting Sabistores' vendor plans, onboarding business owners to the platform, and providing ongoing customer support. This role requires someone who is confident speaking with vendors, target-driven, and comfortable working across markets, business areas, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Sabistores' store plans to vendors in markets and business locations
  • Onboard new vendors to the platform and guide them through registration
  • Ensure each registered vendor selects and purchases at least one store plan
  • Meet weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets
  • Provide basic customer service and support to newly registered vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, registrations, and plan purchases
  • Follow up with potential vendors and answer questions about the platform

RequirementsMust-Have:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to promote and explain digital store plans to vendors
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and vendor engagement
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic smartphone literacy for using the Sabistores dashboard

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

  • Experience in field sales, vendor onboarding, or marketplace platforms
  • Previous experience working in markets or SME environments

Compensation

  • Base Salary: ₦30,000 monthly
  • Commission: 5% for every verified vendor who registers and purchases a plan
  • Commissions are paid upon verified completion of vendor onboarding and plan purchase

Work Environment

  • Field-based with remote follow-up support
  • Flexible working hours based on vendor engagement schedules
