Field Sales Agent

Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

. The successful candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting the bank's financial products and services, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively market and sell the bank's products and services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers through field sales, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Cross-sell financial products, including savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and investment packages.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate information about the bank's products and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the team lead or branch manager.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support business development initiatives.
  • Uphold the bank's image and ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • ND or HND or BSC in any discipline
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must be resident in Lagos and willing to work across designated business locations.
