ABOUT THE ROLE

A reputable travel and hospitality services company is recruiting dependable and courteous Porters to join our services team. The ideal person will help clients with their luggage, and represent our brand with professionalism and care.

This is a hands-on role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and assist with their luggage during arrivals and departures.
  • Escort clients to vehicles, check-in counters, and lounges as needed.
  • Coordinate with other members of the team for smooth service delivery.
  • Handle bags and property safely and professionally.
  • Maintain a neat appearance and follow company uniform standards.
  • Follow all airport safety and security procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, airport operations, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to lift luggage safely.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and respectful.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
