Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store operations and ensure efficient day-to-day management.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a perfume or cosmetics store.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
