DESCRIPTION

Our focus is also on providing quality financial management by optimizing financial performance and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCE:
- Responsible for the "Procure-to-Pay process" on SAP
- Monthly preparation of the company's financial waterfall.
- Prepare Monthly and Yearly Budget forecasting (CAPEX).
- Weekly reconciliation of VCNL Capex Nigeria Actuals and Commitment.
- Monthly RIA and IT Tracker reconciliation and submission.
- Monthly LE submission on Anaplan
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Monthly preparation of the company's financial waterfall.
- Analyzing and reclassifying the project expenses to ensure sustainability and management of the company's funds and assets respectively.
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and Reconcile Accounts payable and receivable functions
- Monthly Follow-up with Labour broker to ensure all taxes (PAYE & PENSION) are remitted.
ADMIN
- Monthly preparation of the People headcount
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information by completing database backups.
- And every other administrative duty.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Hands on Accounting tools; SAP, Anaplan, Ariba Supplier's SAP, Aerchain and AGE.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to present concepts, ideas, and results for team members and clients.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Experience in analyzing, identifying, collecting, and documenting requirements.
- Experience in coordinating activities to scope and schedule.
- People management and administration skills
