Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Social Media Growth Manager to lead and execute strategies for expanding our social media presence and audience engagement. This role involves developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, managing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with teams to produce dynamic, shareable content. The position requires proactive communication, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proven ability in Content Strategy and Writing for various platforms
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders, and audiences
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure social media performance and audience growth
  • Knowledge of emerging social media trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in news, media, or digital content management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote capacity
