Role Description

SomKolch Nigeria Limited is expanding its marketing division and seeking a 
versatile, creative, and results-driven marketer
 to help shape the next phase of our brand's growth.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning ideas into impact — a marketing all-rounder who understands how to bring strategy, creativity, and execution together to build awareness, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.

You'll play a key role in developing and managing our brand presence, guiding creative direction, supporting digital initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across all platforms. Working closely with the Executive Director, you'll help translate the company's vision into campaigns and experiences that connect with customers and strengthen SomKolch's market leadership.

This is a full-time, onsite role. The successful candidate will be working at our Isolo branch mainly, but may be called in to the head office located at Elegushi, on occasion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (social media, email, website).
• Develop content calendars, manage posts, and monitor engagement analytics.
• Coordinate with freelance designers and developers to ensure campaigns and materials meet brand standards.
• Create simple, on-brand graphic content (e.g. posts, flyers, product highlights).
• Write and optimize copy for blogs, email newsletters, and product marketing materials.
• Manage the company website — oversee updates, SEO optimization, and new content uploads.
• Build and manage an email marketing system (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Track key performance metrics daily, submit and present reports weekly.
• Support in brand strategy execution, campaign planning, and product launches.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication touchpoints.
• Conduct light research to support content creation and campaign strategy
• Provide administrative support for various marketing initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital media, or brand communications.
• Proficient in Canva / Adobe tools, and understands how to brief and direct freelance designers.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Passionate about brand growth and quality-driven marketing.
