Our client is a premium menswear brand inspired by African heritage and created for today's modern man.
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Business Manager to oversee the operations of our growing fashion business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands the unique demands of the fashion industry. You'll play a key role in streamlining operations, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and contributing to strategic decisions that drive brand growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Supervise day-to-day operations across departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR, etc.).
- Monitor performance and KPIs; identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
- Support business development efforts, including identifying new markets and partnerships.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and cash flow.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders and executives.
