General Manager

Location: Eket, Akwa Ibom

About the Role

The General Manager will oversee all operations of Kaybi Beverage Industries Limited, ensuring efficient production, quality control, marketing, and distribution of Kayora premium water. The role requires strong leadership, operational insight, and business acumen to sustain growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee production, sales, and distribution activities for all product lines.

·      Implement operational policies to ensure adherence to NAFDAC, SON, and GMP standards.

·      Develop and monitor business performance indicators and profitability targets.

·      Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management.

·      Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.

·      Foster collaboration across departments to ensure operational excellence.

·      Represent the company in stakeholder meetings, inspections, and external partnerships.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Manage operations and finances of business
  • Train new hires on business practices
  • Drive development of employees
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

·      Minimum of 7 years' management experience in beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.

·      Proven track record of leading multi-functional teams and achieving performance goals.

·      Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

·      Excellent communication and decision-making ability.

  • Management and Customer Service experience with Strong administrative skills
