Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Lagos. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, develop business strategies, and set performance goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and overseeing employee activities. The General Manager will also be responsible for leading growth initiatives, improving client satisfaction, and developing training programs for staff.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
