About the Role

The
Virtual Assistant (Operations Support)

provides administrative and operational support to ensure the seamless execution of daily activities across departments. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and support the broader team in documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    scheduling, correspondence, and task follow-ups

for team members and executives.

file organization, internal communication, and meeting coordination.
- Support
reporting and documentation processes

to maintain smooth workflow.

and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

Remuneration
