Role Description

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Learning Management and Training & Development
  • Skills in Instructional Design and the ability to create engaging learning materials
  • Proficiency in managing and utilizing Learning Management Systems
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid working arrangements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in a related role or industry is highly desirable
