About the Role

OTK Group is expanding its learning ecosystem through a structured
E-Learning Development Program
aimed at strengthening internal capacity building and delivering external professional training.

We are seeking a versatile
E-Learning Development Specialist
who combines
instructional design expertise
with
subject-matter understanding
in
business, technology, and professional development domains
.

You will lead the design, production, and deployment of practical, engaging learning modules that empower professionals across OTK's focus industries.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Development

  • Adapt Otk-provided scripts into comprehensive learning modules.
  • Develop case studies, quizzes, and assessments for applied understanding.
  • Create visual learning materials (slides, infographics, animations).

Video Production & Editing

  • Record and edit professional e-learning videos (minimum of four 20-minute modules per course).
  • Add subtitles, background music, motion graphics, and visual consistency.
  • Design thumbnails and titles aligned with Otk's branding.

Hosting & Deployment

  • Organize and upload approved modules to the Otk Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure content accessibility, playback quality, and proper course organization.
  • Conduct final testing and quality assurance before release.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Create recorded guides and written documentation to help internal teams manage and update course content.
  • Train staff on how to track learner progress and maintain content quality.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in
Instructional Design, Education Technology, Business, or related field.

· Proven experience in
e-learning content creation
or
corporate training development
within business or tech sectors.

· Familiarity with
financial, marketing, or digital transformation concepts
is a plus.

· Proficiency with
Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
for course authoring.

· Skilled in
video editing software
(Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut).

· Experience managing and deploying content via
LMS platforms
(Moodle, TalentLMS, LearnDash, etc.).

· Excellent storytelling, project management, and visual design sense

Key Deliverables

  • Finalized learning scripts and case studies.
  • Minimum four edited videos (20 minutes each) per module.
  • Thumbnails, titles, and structured course modules uploaded to LMS.
  • Recorded training guides and internal documentation.
