Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Benin City, Edo State

Salary: ₦100,000 gross per month + performance-based commission

About Us:

We are a growing organization providing financial solutions, microloans, or client-focused services. As we expand, we are looking for motivated marketers to help us acquire new clients, conduct market surveys, and support our credit officers in growing the business.

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and results-driven marketers responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and market research. The ideal candidate will proactively engage potential clients, conduct surveys to gather market insights, and bring in new clients for our credit officers to serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively market our services to potential clients daily in Benin City.

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for the organization.

Generate leads and refer clients to credit officers for follow-up.

Conduct market surveys to understand client needs and trends.

Collaborate with credit officers, branch managers and internal teams to achieve business targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and survey results.

Provide regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, social media marketing).

What We Offer:

Monthly salary of ₦100,000 gross.
