We're scaling quickly and are looking for a talented Ads Manager to take our paid marketing to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce performance, has a strong grasp of analytics, and knows how to turn data into profitable growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms. You'll be responsible for building and managing our paid media strategy, improving ROAS, lowering CAC, and helping scale the brand sustainably.

This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the hair/beauty or e-commerce space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives (static, video, UGC concepts, hooks, captions).
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct audience research and build high-performing segments.
  • Scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and manageable CAC.
  • Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm new ad concepts, angles, and offers.
  • Stay up to date on platform shifts, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversions across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing paid ads for an e-commerce brand or agency.
  • Demonstrated success managing ad budgets and scaling revenue.
  • Strong understanding of metrics like ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPM, CTR, AOV, etc.
  • Experience working with creatives—briefing, testing, and optimizing.
  • Ability to interpret data, make strategic decisions, and pivot quickly.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and basic analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Marketing, Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in beauty, haircare, or consumer goods is an asset.
