Job Title: Facebook Ads Executive (E-Commerce Industry)
Location: Igbo-Efon, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Salary: ₦150,000 NET Monthly
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate sales and leads for our e-commerce brand.
* Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to ensure optimal ad performance.
* Develop engaging ad creatives (images, copy, and videos) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
* Manage daily ad spend and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI within budget.
* Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
* 2–3 years of core, hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads for e-commerce brands.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager
