Weare seeking a proactive and strategic Business Manager to leadcommercial growth, forge high -impact partnerships, and drive operationalexcellence across the Trips Africa ecosystem. The ideal candidate combinesstrong analytical thinking with exceptional communication skills and a solidgrasp of business strategy within the travel and technology sectors. Summary of Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Partnerships·     Identify,negotiate, and onboard new partners including transport operators, airlines,banks, and fintechs.·     Manageand nurture existing relationships to increase sales volumes and inventoryreach.·     Designscalable business models tailored to African transport and fintech markets.Revenue & Performance Management·     MonitorKPIs: revenue, Inventory sales Volume and Value, uptime, partner engagement.·     Implementstrategies to enhance monetization and operational efficiency.·     Collaboratecross -functionally with Finance, Product, Ops, and Customer Support to driveperformance.Product & Market Execution·     Actas the voice of business partners; align internal product roadmaps withcommercial needs.·     Guidego -to -market execution: pricing structures, launch plans, promotions.·     Trackcompetitive dynamics within Africa's travel -tech landscape.Operations & Client Satisfaction·     Overseeonboarding processes: documentation, integrations, training.·     Ensurepartners receive excellent service, addressing escalations swiftly andproactively.·     Integratefeedback loops for continuous improvement.Strategic Planning & Execution·     Supportthe development of business strategies and initiatives.·     Monitorindustry developments and suggest innovative ways to stay competitive.·     Assistin the creation of marketing campaigns to support business growth.Leadership & Reporting·     Leada small team of analysts and partner managers. Provideregular reports and insights on business performance and growth opportunities. ​ Requirements·     Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred.·     5– 8 years in travel, fintech, or B2B SaaS, or strategic partnerships.·     Strongnegotiation and relationship -building skills.·     Excellentcommunication and presentation abilities.·     Analyticalmindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.       Familiarwith API -based technologies and integration processes.
