The Supervisor oversees daily operations and ensures that team members perform their duties efficiently and in line with company standards. This role involves coordinating staff, monitoring performance, enforcing policies, and maintaining productivity to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in assigned departments or units.
  • Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Inspect work areas, equipment, and workflows to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit reports on productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
  • Support training and onboarding of new employees.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented, and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to implement improvements and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree, depending on the industry.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead position.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry practices and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦90,000.00 per month
