Senior Project Engineer (Oil & Gas)

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Engineer
to join our dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a highly skilled professional with a mechanical or structural engineering background and strong project management expertise.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering
EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Construction)
projects within the
oil and gas sector
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Interface directly with clients, contractors, and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards across all project phases.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Act as a Technical Assistant to the Managing Director

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/HND/OND in
    Mechanical
    or
    Structural Engineering
    (PMP certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum of
    7 years' experience
    in the
    oil and gas industry
    , with direct involvement in
    EPIC projects
    .
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
