Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager specializing in the sales of power and gas meters. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires working with teams across Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, and Ivory Coast to drive sales and market growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales with a focus on power and gas meters
• Strong skills in business development, sales strategy, and account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and build relationships with diverse clients
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus
• Experience working in Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, or Ivory Coast is highly advantageous
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
