Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Assistant to support the team in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the company's growth initiatives by assisting in identifying potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities.
  • Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and participation in client meetings to promote company products and services effectively.
  • Maintain and update client databases, follow up on leads, and ensure strong relationship management.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and prepare regular performance and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years experience in sales
  • marketing or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must be self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player
