1.     Educational Qualifications:

  • BSc/HND in Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or other related fields
  • Ongoing intention to pursue ICAN or ACCA

2.     Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially
    Excel, Word, Accounting software, and PowerPoint
    .
  • Ability and willingness to learn audit software/tools (CaseWare).

3.     Communication Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to document audit findings clearly and concisely.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

4.     Work Attitude & Professionalism:

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to put in extra effort when required.
  • Commitment to developing a career in audit.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
