Job Position: Business Development Manager (AI Integration)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our brand's presence globally.
  • You'll leverage AI tools to optimize marketing, customer engagement, and business strategies, while identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the company's local and global presence.
  • Conduct global market research and identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Use AI to enhance marketing, customer targeting, and operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international distributors and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of AI in marketing and business operations.
  • Excellent market research, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with internal teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and global mindset.

Salary

N800,000 - N1,200,000 Monthly.
