Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven
Finance Manager

to lead financial modeling, reporting, and analytics across the organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in high-growth environments, is deeply comfortable with numbers, and can translate financial insights into business strategy.

You will work closely with the Finance Controller to build financial models, generate data-driven insights, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic planning and performance management. Your work will enable leadership to make informed decisions with clarity, speed, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Performance Analytics

• Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and scenario planning.
• Support business cases for new products, markets, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate commercial inputs into dynamic financial projections.

2. Financial Reporting & Performance Analytics

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management performance reports.
• Track KPIs across revenue, margins, operational efficiency, and cash flow.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. prior periods).
• Develop dashboards and reports that support real-time visibility into financial performance.
• Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for leadership and the board.

3. Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to key departments (Ops, Product, BD, Sales).
• Analyze unit economics across major business lines
• Support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital allocation decisions.
• Provide analysis that strengthens operational planning, performance management, and resource alignment.

4. Systems & Process Improvement

• Support the optimization of ERP and financial systems (Odoo), ensuring accurate and reliable data.
• Identify gaps in processes and develop improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.
• Implement automation tools for financial reporting, data collection, and analytics.
• Maintain strong documentation of models, assumptions, financial workflows, and reporting standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage.
• 4+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, analytics, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) and experience building complex models.
• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with
  Odoo

is a strong plus.
- Ability to synthesize large datasets, develop insights, and present financial stories clearly.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-starter comfortable operating in fast-moving, data-driven, tech-enabled environments.
