Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
  • Preparing financial records, budgets, and expense reports
  • Tracking invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
  • Coordinating with departments to ensure efficient internal communication
  • Maintaining and updating client and vendor records
  • Supporting management in business planning and performance tracking

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
  • Organizational and multitasking ability
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
