- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
- Preparing financial records, budgets, and expense reports
- Tracking invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
- Coordinating with departments to ensure efficient internal communication
- Maintaining and updating client and vendor records
- Supporting management in business planning and performance tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
