Compensation: ₦100,000 monthly during 3-month probation; ₦135,000 after confirmation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to the General Manager to provide executive and administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communication, and supporting both internal and external engagements.

This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the General Manager's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and correspondence, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.


• Handle calls, messages, emails, and other communications on behalf of the GM, responding professionally or escalating where necessary.


• Prepare reports, presentations, official documents, and meeting materials as required.


• Serve as a liaison between the GM, internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure effective communication.


• Organize meetings, briefings, events, and logistics, while tracking action points and outcomes.


• Provide proactive day-to-day administrative and operational support by anticipating the GM's needs.


• Maintain accurate records of communications, company interactions, and confidential information with discretion.


• Support the GM's professional brand and online presence, including social media-related activities where required.


• Deliver excellent client and guest service both in person and virtually.

Requirements


• Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.


• High attention to detail and professional demeanor.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.


• Social media awareness and comfort supporting senior leadership.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits


• ₦100,000 monthly salary during probation (3 months).


• ₦135,000 monthly salary after confirmation.
