About the Role

We're seeking a creative and strategic Digital Media & Marketing Specialist to build brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, content creation, and performance marketing — similar to leading e-commerce and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to drive brand awareness and sales.

* Create engaging multimedia content (videos, photos, and graphics) that captures attention and aligns with campaign goals.

* Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, social media marketing, and paid ads.

* Conduct SEO optimization and use Google Analytics to track and report campaign performance.

* Carry out market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor trends.

* Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and online communities to boost visibility.

Requirements

* 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media strategy.

* Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media campaign management.

* Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.

* Strong analytical, project management, and communication abilities.

* Media or Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.

* Early-career professionals with strong digital marketing skills are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration & Benefits

* ₦160,000 monthly salary.

* Travel allowance for campaign or media activities.

* Accommodation available for proximity.
