A hospitality industry is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Officer to manage all purchasing activities . You'll build supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, control inventory costs, and ensure we have high‑quality food, beverage, and operating supplies while supporting profitability and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with menu and budget goals.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors; conduct performance reviews.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to achieve cost savings.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to prevent waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food‑safety, health‑code, and internal procurement policies.
  • Analyze spend data and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with culinary and front‑of‑house teams to introduce innovative ingredients and improve offerings.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2‑4 years procurement experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Proven track record of negotiating favorable contracts and achieving cost reductions.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and procurement software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
