ROLE OVERVIEW
The Global Talent Partner is responsible for building and managing end-to-end talent acquisition, talent partnerships, and placement operations for Strivo Labs' global clients. This role blends recruitment leadership, relationship management, commercial awareness, and global workforce strategy.
You will act as a trusted talent advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality placements while building scalable talent pipelines across multiple regions and time zones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Talent Acquisition & Placement
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for global roles across tech, operations, finance, sustainability, and digital functions.
• Source, screen, assess, and place high-quality talent for international clients.
• Oversee contract, freelance, and permanent placement models.
• Ensure strong candidate experience and high placement success rates.
Client Partnership & Account Management
• Act as the primary talent partner for assigned global clients.
• Understand client workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Advise clients on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat placements and retention.
Talent Pipeline & Community Building
• Build and maintain a global talent pool across Africa, the UK, Europe, and the diaspora.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and partnerships.
• Support the growth of Strivo's vetted talent network and career pathways.
Assessment, Quality & Compliance
• Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Coordinate skills testing, psychometric assessments, and reference checks where required.
• Ensure placements meet client standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain compliance with data protection, employment, and cross-border hiring regulations.
Commercial & Performance Management
• Manage placement KPIs including time-to-hire, placement success, retention, and client satisfaction.
• Support revenue targets through successful placements and upsell opportunities.
• Track and report performance metrics to leadership.
Process & Systems Improvement
• Use ATS, CRM, and automation tools to manage talent workflows efficiently.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Tech and Operations teams to enhance talent platforms and tools.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
• 5–10+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions, preferably in a global or multi-region environment.
• Experience placing talent across Africa, Europe, UK, or international markets.
• Background in tech, professional services, or digital roles is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with remote, contract, and distributed teams.

• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage placement-driven revenue.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
