Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive anddetail -oriented HR Executive for our client with a strong understanding oflabor laws and compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor managing core HR functions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, andsupporting a positive and legally sound work environment. This role requiresexpertise in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance to safeguard theorganization against risks and maintain the best HR practices.Key Responsibilities: Ø  Design and implement talentacquisition strategies for diverse teams across technology, sales, andoperations, ensuring effective recruitment for roles such as softwaredevelopers, product specialists, engineers, quantity surveyors, and field salesagents.Ø  Establish agile HR frameworks tailoredfor dynamic workplaces, covering remote work guidelines, performance evaluationsystems, and employee -centric benefits like flexible schedules and wellnessinitiatives.Ø  Address employee relations challengesin fast -growing teams, including rapid expansion, cross -functionalcollaboration, and maintaining a strong organizational cultureØ  Maintain and updateregulatory -compliant HR policies, oversee statutory reporting, and facilitatetimely remittance of employment -related obligations.Ø  Conduct compliance assessments,address labor law concerns, and provide expert guidance on workplace policiesto both employees and management.Ø  Handle grievance resolution,disciplinary processes, and conflict mediation, ensuring fair and lawfulpractices.Ø  Collaborate with legal teams andexternal authorities to navigate complex compliance matters.Ø  Develop and deliver training programson employment regulations, workplace ethics, and company standards.Ø  Adapt HR policies to evolving laborlaws and industry best practices.Ø  Address workforce challenges infast -scaling environments, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration andfostering a cohesive company culture.Ø  Leverage HR technology (e.g., HRIS,onboarding software) to automate and optimize administrative tasks fordistributed teams. Work closely with leadership to drive talent retention through career growth initiatives, continuous learning, and employee engagement programs. RequirementsØ  Bachelor's degree in human resources,Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Ø  3 -5 years' experience as an HRExecutive, HR Officer, or similar role, with a focus on labor law andcompliance.Ø  In -depth knowledge of employment laws,workplace policies, and compliance requirements.Ø  Any HR certification is a plus.Ø  Strong communication, problem -solving,and organizational skills.Ø  Ability to handle confidentialinformation with discretion and professionalism.Ø  Proficiency in HRIS systems andMicrosoft Office Suite, HR Analytics Benefits 300, ,000.00 monthly net other benefits
