Role Description
This is primarily a remote role for a Lead Generation & Appointment Setter, with the flexibility to work onsite. The responsibilities include generating leads, setting and scheduling appointments, and communicating effectively with prospects to build relationships. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and support the company's outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Setting Appointments
- Strong Appointment Scheduling and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Confident with outreach (DMs, calls, emails)
- Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience with international job facilitation processes (a plus)
- Experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Strong community management across social media groups (Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook, etc)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools is beneficial

Compensation Structure:
• Base allowance
