Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and solution-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries or concerns.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Update customer records in the system and track interactions in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions to customer problems.

  • Meet performance goals such as response time, call handling, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (required).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in using customer support software and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if required.
