Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Lekki. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all building-related activities. This includes ensuring the facility is operational and safe, managing and supervising contractors, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and maintaining budgets. The Facilities Manager will also perform regular facility inspections, coordinate space allocation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Facility Maintenance, Building Management, and Coordination skills
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage contractors and work efficiently under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a facilities management role is highly desirable
