About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Fleet/Logistics Coordinator to oversee vehicle dispatch, route planning, and efficient delivery operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fleet schedules, supervising drivers, and ensuring timely movement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor fleet/logistics operations daily.
  • Assign vehicles and drivers for timely and efficient delivery.
  • Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, roadworthy, and properly documented.
  • Track vehicle movement and resolve operational delays or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and road safety regulations.
  • Support customer service by ensuring timely and smooth deliveries.

Requirements

  • A graduate (B.Sc Degree / HND qualifiocation in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields) with completed NYSC.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in fleet/logistics operations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos routes and fleet coordination.
  • Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
