Job Summary:

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for daily accounting postings, reconciliations, and monthly financial closing activities. The role ensures accuracy of financial records, supports management reporting, and maintains proper control over sales, expenses, stock, and payments.

Key Responsibilities


• Post daily bank balances, supplier bills, due bills, and ledger entries


• Update sales records, purchase books, and QuickBooks transactions


• Prepare buffet costing reports and daily financial position summaries


• Maintain attendance records for payroll processing


• Perform sales, bank, imprest, bar, kitchen, and undeposited funds reconciliations


• Track refunds and excess payments


• Prepare monthly P&L reports


• Pass end-of-month adjustment journal entries


• Support stock taking and inventory reconciliation


• Prepare salary and service charge sheets


• Close all monthly pending balances and reconciliations
