We're hiring a
Lead, Financial Control & Compliance
to oversee financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with IFRS and CBN standards while driving efficiency and accountability across the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS and regulatory guidelines.

Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with CBN and corporate governance standards.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.

Oversee audits, reporting, and financial policy updates.

Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver high performance.

Identify process gaps and implement system improvements.

And
a Tax Manager
to lead all tax compliance, planning, and advisory functions. The role ensures adherence to tax laws, minimizes liabilities, and aligns tax strategies with financial and growth objectives.

Manage and file all tax obligations (VAT, PAYE, WHT, CIT, etc.) accurately and on time.

Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies in compliance with Nigerian tax laws.

Serve as the primary liaison with tax authorities and auditors; handle audits and demand notices.

Monitor legislative changes and advise management on tax implications.

Prepare and present detailed tax reports and compliance updates to senior management.

Conduct internal tax audits and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's an advantage).

ACA or ACCA certification is mandatory.

Minimum 6 years experience in financial management, 4+ years in leadership.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, compliance, and internal control frameworks.

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Salary Budgets (N500,000 -negotiable)
