Role Description – Financial Reporting Manager

MAG Group Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager
to join our team in
Abuja
. This is a full-time, on-site role.

The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the integrity of all financial reporting processes. The role involves managing tax compliance, leading corporate finance and tax compliance initiatives, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will also liaise with external auditors, Tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to ensure efficient financial and tax compliance operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of
    7–9 years proven experience
    in
    corporate finance and tax consultancy
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements
    .
  • Advanced
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and leadership abilities
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    (a Master's degree or relevant professional certification such as ACA, ACCA is an added advantage).
  • Relevant professional certification such as ACA, ACCA.
  • Candidate
    must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate.
