Real estate is more than just buying and selling, it's about shaping futures and maximizing the value of every property. As an Investment Advisor/Business Development Executive, you'll be the trusted partner helping clients evaluate short- and long-term goals, explore investment opportunities, and make smart financial decisions. In this role, you will get the chance to influence property portfolios, drive sales, and open new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will generate quality leads, build and maintain a strong database of potential investors and buyers.
  • You will counsel clients on real estate investment opportunities, pricing, ROI, mortgages, infrastructure, and project features.
  • You will accompany buyers on property site visits, advising them on suitability and value.
  • You will prepare purchase agreements, contracts, and all necessary documentation for transactions.
  • You will coordinate property closings, ensuring smooth signing of documents.
  • You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, MBOs, and KPIs as set.
  • You will create and initiate innovative sales strategies that drive measurable results in real estate investments.
  • You will provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • You will collaborate with team members and extend relationships across departments to enhance overall sales performance.
  • You will participate in seminars, workshops, and continuous training for personal and professional development.

To be considered for this role we should have…

  • A proven record in business development, investment advisory, or real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate, property valuation, and investment options.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines under pressure.
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
