Role Overview:

The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for expanding Seinde Signature's diffuser business by driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities across retail, corporate, and hospitality channels. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about premium lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business leads within retail, interior design, and hospitality sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support marketing and activation initiatives for product launches and brand promotions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with potential customers.
  • Gather market intelligence on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular sales updates and client reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail, home décor, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
