About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth strategy of a leader in technology-driven private security solutions. The successful candidate will drive client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across residential, corporate, and industrial security sectors.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share.


• Identify and secure high-value opportunities with corporate and government clients.


• Build strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives.


• Lead negotiations, proposal development, and deal closures.


• Craft innovative security and surveillance solutions for diverse client needs.


• Manage project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.


• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic goals.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 in the security, consulting, or technology sectors.


• Proven record of closing large-scale deals and managing complex business projects.


• Excellent networking, communication, and leadership skills.


• Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.


• Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
