Job Title: Business Development Associate (Commission-Based)

Job Type: Contract / Commission Only

We are looking for our first two pioneering Business Development Associates based in Jos, Plateau State. This is a virtual, high-autonomy role where you will be the face of our company. Your mission is to hunt for and close deals—from large corporate contracts to event souvenir projects. This is a pure commission-based role, perfect for a sales hunter with an existing network and a passion for building something from the ground up.

What You Bring:

· Proven experience in sales, business development, or B2B marketing.

· A strong network of local businesses, SMEs, or corporate organizations is a major advantage.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

. Able to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

· Able to build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate clients.

· Present our unique range of creative corporate gifts and souvenirs.

· Negotiate and close deals, managing the client relationship from lead to order delivery.

· Represent the Umane Global Ventures brand with professionalism and passion.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a virtual setting.

· Familiarity with LinkedIn for lead generation is a plus.
