Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Lagos. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs throughout the construction process, planning costs for projects, and reporting on costs to ensure projects remain within budget. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure the financial success of property development projects.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
  • Experience in preparing BOQs
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
