Job Summary

We are hiring Sales and Business Development Executives who have hands-on experience selling SaaS products to an international audience. This role is not desk-only. You will be expected to visit businesses, attend industry events, represent Konvart in person as well as virtually, and actively look for new opportunities to grow our customer base. We need someone who is confident speaking to and emailing decision makers, understands how SaaS buying decisions work, and enjoys building relationships, whether face-to-face or online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and approach potential clients across different markets.
  • Visit businesses and attend meetings, events, and trade shows to pitch Konvart.
  • Conduct demos and walk prospects through how the platform works.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently until deals close.
  • Build relationships with marketing agencies, business owners, and internal teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and bring in high quality leads.
  • Give clear feedback to the team on customer needs and product improvements.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience selling SaaS products to a global audience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable meeting clients in person and attending events when needed.
  • Proven ability to manage long and short sales cycles.
  • Good understanding of how businesses evaluate and adopt SaaS tools.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and proactive in finding new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with SEO or marketing tools is an added advantage.
