Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and drive sales of our investment and asset management products. This role combines strategic sales, investment advisory, and relationship management, targeting high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. You will play a key role in expanding the company's portfolio while ensuring excellent client experience and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell investment products and services to new and existing clients.
Achieve assigned AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Conduct financial assessments to understand client goals and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
Advise clients on asset allocation and financial planning based on market trends and regulatory changes.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and corporate events.
Prepare and deliver investment proposals; negotiate terms to close deals.
Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
Represent the brand professionally at events and client engagement sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, or financial advisory.
Proven track record of meeting AUM or revenue targets.
Strong financial acumen and market awareness.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
