Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Sales and Marketing Intern. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, assisting the sales team in reaching targets, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, and coordinating training initiatives to ensure consistent performance. The intern will also contribute to sales management processes by analyzing market trends and supporting the team in gaining valuable insights to enhance operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to collaborate with the sales team to meet goals and execute strategies.
  • Training and development abilities to support successful team performance.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing and sales tools or platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
