Our client in the sales and procurement sector is seeking to hire a highly motivated and focused Administrative Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, emails, invoices and keeping accurate inventory records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle documentation, emails, and invoicing.
  • Create and manage sales and inventory records
  • Utilize internet tools and computer applications effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and procurement team

REQUIREMENT

- Accounting background required.

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Proximity to lekki is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Weekends/Shifts: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
