Job Summary:

The Experiential Marketing Account Trainee will support the client servicing and project management teams in planning, coordinating, and executing on-ground brand experiences, activations, and events. This role provides hands-on exposure to the world of experiential marketing — including client management, vendor coordination, event execution, and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Servicing & Coordination

·      Assist in day-to-day coordination with clients to understand project requirements.

·      Support the account team in preparing client briefs, proposals, and presentations.

·      Ensure smooth communication flow between internal teams and clients.

  1. Event & Activation Support

·      Help plan and execute on-ground activations, product launches, roadshows, and promotional events.

·      Coordinate with production, logistics, and creative teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

·      Attend events to support setup, registration, and on-site management.

·      Collect feedback and assist in post-event reporting.

  1. Research & Ideation

·      Conduct research on competitors, audience insights, and industry trends.

·      Contribute creative ideas for brand experiences and engagement activities.

·      Support in preparing mood boards, event concepts, and campaign decks.

  1. Administrative & Project Support

·      Maintain project trackers, contact lists, and event documentation.

·      Assist with vendor management, quotations, and basic budgeting.

·      Help prepare client reports, case studies, and post-campaign analysis.

  1. Learning & Development

·      Gain hands-on experience in event planning, execution, and client management.

·      Learn the fundamentals of experiential marketing and project coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Communications, or related field.

·      Passion for experiential marketing, events, and brand engagement.

·      Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Excel).

·      Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.

·      Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or late events when required.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

·      Basic understanding of event production and logistics.

·      Familiarity with event management software or CRM tools.

·      Experience (even internship-level) in event planning, brand promotions, or marketing activations.
